It's crucial to understand how to safeguard yourself and learn about our support and security measures.
Community Standards
All SawFun users must adhere to these standards. Failure to comply may lead to account suspension, deactivation, and removal from our community.
1. Prohibited Conduct
1.1 Discrimination, Harassment, and Bullying
SawFun has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, bullying, or harassment.
Refrain from sending images intended to upset others. If someone blocks you, do not attempt to contact them through another account.
If someone appears in your photo and requests its removal, please comply.
Our users come from diverse backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, races, and sexual orientations. Mutual respect is vital. Avoid discussing divisive topics like politics and religion. If you encounter unfriendly behavior, report it immediately.
1.2 Threats, Violence, and Harmful Behavior
Never threaten to harm anyone, a group, or their property. Promoting violence is not allowed on SawFun.
Do not post images of gratuitous violence, including animal abuse.
We do not permit the glorification of self-harm, such as promoting self-injury or eating disorders.
Engaging in threats, violence, or harmful behavior may result in account deactivation and potential involvement of local law enforcement.
1.3 Sharing Responsibly
1.3.1 Explicit Content
Accounts promoting or distributing pornographic content are prohibited.
Never post, save, or send nude or sexual content involving anyone, including yourself. Do not ask minors to send explicit imagery or messages. We report child exploitation to authorities.
1.3.2 Hate Speech and Misinformation
Do not post content that demeans, defames, or promotes discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.
Malicious deception and deliberately spreading false information that causes harm are prohibited, such as denying tragic events.
1.3.3 Impersonation and Spam
Do not pretend to be someone else, including friends, celebrities, brands, or organizations, or deceive others about your identity.
Spam and deceptive practices are not allowed.
1.3.4 Additional Sharing Guidelines
Never share sexually explicit photos, images of violent acts, graphic or gory images, or images promoting drug use. Avoid sharing personal financial information with strangers online. Revealing personal details may put you at unnecessary risk.
2. Legal Compliance
2.1 Illegal Activities
Do not use SawFun for illegal activities, including buying or selling illegal drugs, contraband, counterfeit goods, or illegal weapons.
2.2 Terrorism
Terrorist organizations are prohibited from using SawFun, and we have no tolerance for content that advocates or advances terrorism.
SawFun does not tolerate unlawful behavior. Incitement of violence, hate speech, and organized crime are strictly forbidden and may be reported to local law enforcement. Sharing sexually explicit content involving minors will be reported to authorities.
3. Authenticity
Be yourself on SawFun. Use only your own photos for your profile picture, and never lie about your age or impersonate others. Honesty and openness make your connections more meaningful.
4. Age Restrictions
SawFun is exclusively for users aged 18 and above. If you encounter anyone under 18 using the service, report it immediately. SawFun will terminate the account, delete any posted content, and may prohibit access if underage use is suspected.
Age verification is required during sign-up through Facebook, Google, Google Play, App Store, or mobile number.
5. Community Protection
Users are empowered to report any behavior violating community guidelines. Failing to report such behavior may pose safety risks to yourself and others.
6. Consequences of Violations
If reported or found violating community guidelines, you may receive a warning. However, for severe violations or illegal behavior, your account will be instantly banned, and authorities may be involved. These guidelines ensure a friendly and safe community for everyone.
7. Support and Reporting
If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable due to another user's behavior, reporting your concerns is easy.
7.1 In-App Reporting
Reporting in the app is quick and easy. Tap the flag symbol when matching or viewing a user's profile to report them. Select a reason and provide detailed information if desired.

1. Provide your user ID and nickname
2. Describe the incident or concern in detail
A team of human moderators works 24/7 to review reports and ban users violating community guidelines.
8. Safety Features
To ensure a positive, safe, and secure experience, SawFun offers various safety features, including age verification, facial recognition, automatic content blurring, and advanced content moderation.
8.1 Machine Learning
We use advanced machine learning technologies to identify users violating community guidelines and engaging in inappropriate behavior.
8.2 Content Moderation
While we cannot control all user actions, our automatic content moderation tools will end video connections if inappropriate content is displayed. A dedicated team is ready to react for further security.
8.3 Age Verification
Age verification is required during sign-up to ensure our community is exclusively for users aged 18 and above.
8.4 Block and Blocked List
You can block users at any time in your chat settings. Blocked users will be added to your blacklist, preventing further messages. Manage your blocked list in your profile settings.
8.5 Manual Reporting
Report users in the app by clicking the flag symbol when matched or through your chat history.
